Project management is another skill set Ironwood offers.  Whether it be drilling rig, tendon or riser integration, the specific skills to ensure all basis are covered is necessary and often ignored until a problem arises.  Many projects adopt the idea that any construction manager can handle drilling related issues, but in reality, rigs and their interfaces are a very specific subset that many project engineers and project managers don't have the knowledge base to handle properly.
